Where can society file suit regarding non disclosure of facts

15-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
While applying for a membership in a cooperative society, which is situated on Collectors Land, if a member does not disclose his wife's income, and the same comes to light after a few years, does he cease to be a member and liable to be evicted? Also, where shall one file a suit in this regard?
