What will be Reckoner Rate Of 25 Yrs + Old Flat

What will be the reckoner rate for 350sq ft flat in Mumbai. Based on cts no 1sq mt = 204000 rs. What will be total flat price as per reckoner rate? How much percentage is reduced in reckoner rate for old flat? What will be stamp duty for this then? Please explain

1. The ready reckoner rate will be best assessed by the office of the Sub-Registrar;
2. You may approach the same and they will readily tell you the ready reckoner rate;
3. The stamp duty payable also will be known to you accordingly, i.e. 5% to non-blood relative and 3% to blood relative;
