What to know the rules before selling my self acquired property

Hello sir I have a house, registered on my 2nd wife name. I lost my 1st wife many years ago. Now i like to sell my house which is registered on my 2nd wife name. I spent my money and some of my father money on this house while construction. But i registered on my 2nd wife. Now my doubt is does my 1st wife sons sign and permission required for sell house which is registered on my 2nd wife name by me. Thank you sir..

The flow of title is incomplete in your query. If the property belonged to your first wife, her son can definitely stake claim, which year the registration took place so that we can take limitation as defense.
