What to do when there is proeperty dispute between mother and son

My father died leaving a Non-nominated house behind with wife ,one son and one daughter as heirs.My brother and his wife are always threatening my mother to leave the house.They are getting physical day by day.I want to transfer the whole property on my mother name.but dont know how...plz help
Dear Client,
As per Indian Law, the property of Husband goes in the name of his widow, sons as well as daughters. Your brother and his wife can not compel her to go out of home because she is residing in her share of property. She can also claim maintenance from them.

Hindus: Heirs to mother If the mother died intestate, then the son is entitled to inherit the property that his mother earned. Both son and daughter have the same rights.
