What to do when one inheritor unwilling to sell his share of property

as per deceased persons will property to be evenly distributed between both the sons,but one son refusing to sell.is there a legal way to imply sale of property as goodwill between brothers is poor. religion :hindu

In such situation firstly, partition should be conducted between both the parties and if amicably not possible then filing of partition suit before appropriate court is the legal option to avail. The person or son of deceased who is refusing to sell property has that right till partition is not conducted.
