What to do when cousins illegally got grandmother's thumb impression?

06-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My Grandmother purchased a land and while she stayed in village my cousins looked after her and then as she is illiterate they have taken her thumb impression and created a document as that land is now transferred into thier names. Later a document was created saying that my grandmother has done that un-intentionally . Now my cousins has taken that document and updated in the land records and now its officially showing online as theirs but in actual the registered document has many name mistakes where in my grand father name is stated as my cousins grand father and etc.

Illiteracy can, however, serve as a basis for invalidating a contract when considered in relation to other factors, such as fraud or overreaching. If the person whom the illiterate designates to read or explain the contract misrepresents it and acts in collusion with the other party to the contract, the contract may be set aside
