What to do my uncle claiming right on land of our part
03-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I am hindu. My father was expired last year in October. My grandfather had a will according to which the house was given to my middle uncle and Land was distributed to my elder uncle and my father. After 20 years approx, my middle uncle is claiming his part on that land. He also sold that house which was given to him as his part. We are having will in which my grandmother had signed after my grandfather passed away. We have that land only for financial support.
You have a very good case as you have the will of ur grand father with clear distribution of property amongst sibling and if some sibling trying to do some wrong among property then you all have right to challenge the will in the court to claim and safe your property.
