What to do in case of illegal construction by builder?

Dear Sir, I have take Home Loan for purchased of flat in faridabad sector-49 area & the builder has cheated us by getting approval of Map & Completion certificate for one unit flat, but he contructed two units flat on each floor. Since two years we are leaving here, but now MCF is taking initiative to seal the properties illegaly constructed. We have registry/electiricity bill of last two years in supporting, does our law can deal in this matter.
You must obtain the original plan filed and got sanctioned from authorities, through an RTI. Also, file a complaint regarding this fraud with the local police station, along the proof of the fraud and ask for protection. Also, file a case in the civil court/under RERA or in a Consumer court against this deficiency.
