Dear Client,
In your case, you need to take orders from the court for the sale deed to registered through GPA. We are handling same case yours and succeeded to take orders for the sale deed on the basis of GPA.

Sale deed. Identification proofs for the buyer and seller. Certificates of No Objection (NOC) Building plan Two witnesses must provide proof of identity. Photograph of the property. When purchasing a property for resale, you will need to provide proof of ownership.

What is GPA and registry?

GPA stands for general power of attorneys. A GPA can be executed by the registered owner of property (whose property is recorded in government records, usually at the Registrar Office), in favor of his spouse, his son, his daughter, his brother, his sister, or any other family member to manage their property.
