What to do in a dispute of a common wall between two houses?

15-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Our house shares a common wall with our neighbours, the wall is very old and damaged, we want to get it repaired, but our neighbours are not ready. They are clearly refusing to pay their share for the repair work. The wall is so old that we cannot get only our portion repaired, it will fall. Please suggest is there any legal way to get it repaired.

The only way to get it repaired is filing a petition and getting orders from the court to do.
You can also primarily send a Notice to your neighbours and if they do not give their consent then you can move an application in the district court.
