What to do if there is a dispute regarding property

Past 23 years ago my sisters filled a case against me and my brothers for our ancestral property.The Dist. court had given judgement as 60% and 40% and in favor of my sisters.But till now no one from my siblings are reacting on that.It had been 20 years past.From y sisters end till know no one had made an appeal to appoint commissioner. I want to know that from my end can I appeal court to appoint commissioner for property distribution.If i can do then what is the procedure and how much time it will take to do this process.Please help me in this concern and do the needful.
As each one is having separate patta, every has got right to dispose the property according to their wish. What kind of case the individual is going to file has not been indicated. Paper s are to be verified before offering opinion
