What to do if their is a dispute regarding ancestral property

1. We are 3 brothers 2. Have an ancestral property, on some part I have constructed a House (all my money, not even single penny spent by brothers) and we all were living together until we decide to get separated. 3. Now we divide the land into 3 parts and the part on which House was constructed was given to me, fair enough, problem it is no where registered and written (only oral agreement) 4. But now one of my brothers wants to have the share in House which I have constructed. Please advise how I can avoid this and what best I can do in this situation.
यदि आप तीन भाई हो तो तीनों भाइयों के नाम प्रॉपर्टी के कागजात होना चाहिए यदि प्रॉपर्टी के कागजात आपके नाम नहीं है तो उसका बंटवारा आसानी से नहीं हो पाएगा क्योंकि प्रॉपर्टी आपकी पैतृक संपत्ति नहीं है तो आपके पिताजी के नाम होने चाहिए जिससे आगे की प्रॉपर्टी का बंटवारा शांतिपूर्वक किया जा सके यदि आप लोगों ने ओरल एग्रीमेंट किया और नहीं समझौता किया है तो उसको कोर्ट व्यापार खारिज कर सकता है
