MY FATHERS UNCLE NOT SIGN IN OUR GIFT DEED. WE LIVE HERE FROM MY FATHERS CHILDHOOD. APPROX 60 YEARS BEFORE. THE PROPERTY IS MY FATHERS UNCLE.
The fact that you have been staying in the said property for last 60 years will certainly go in your favour. As per section 27 of Limitation Act, a person can claim possession to a property within 12 years, otherwise the owner extinguishes his right of ownership and the property transfers in the name of the possessor
