What to do if the builder is not replying

s.r.a partial allotment and & possession given to tenants of residential, , no commercial allotmet done yet..,they say the remaining tenants will do it soon.. they have allotted & given possession to the saleable shops which is in the same s.r.a bldg . is it posible-s.r.a people are left & sale rcv o.c. and we had shop( 27 * 27) which was highway side facing , and now he will give in basement saying collector decided, normally society people nor builder is giving proper reply , when ever question asked they give incomplete answer
You seem to be in serious trouble. Terms of your alternate accommodation....completion and possession terms.... Agreed PERMANENT ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATION clause need to be read for each person/property. Please approach legal person with all your papers before it is too late.
