What to do if father sold property without my consent

06-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I recently discovered that my father sold an ancestral property( LAND ) in the year 2005 to his elder brother's son by means of a sale cum GPA. I was a major by then . We also sold few other land bits prior to this deal which bear my signature. My father passed away recently. I am the only SON in the family. Is it possible to reclaim the property now ??

As you said it is an ancestral property , being a son and coparcener you have a right by birth. You can claim your share of property by way of filing a partition suit and in the said suit you can also claim for the document executed by your father towards sale to be declared as null and void.
