What legal remedy against Biased sharing of self acquired property

my mother in law having property in bangalore has 3 daughters she plans to register the property to eldest daughter and says nothing will be give to other two daughters 1.eldest daughter is the richest of we three 2.can we claim the property legally 3.can grand daughter of age 16 claim legally pl. tell us how we can claim on legal grounds
if it is your mother-in-law`s property then she is having absolute right to give it to any one she likes,however biased it appears, and there is nothing called legal grounds available to those who do not get what they expect.
