what legal action parents can take if their son dont treat them well.
sir my question is regarding the property issue. my maternal grand parents are very old and not able to earn or work and their son (mamaji) is trying to through them out of house and also want to lay hold property.please guide
Your Maternal Grand parents can file a civil suit for maintenance under section 125 of CrPC claiming maintenance from the son. And as the children are legally bound to follow the same, thus the court will grant maintenance to the parents.
