What is the time period taken by court for a case of Property dispute

My grandmother dies without making will....now the house is on her name...bt my brother n sister is not ready to give my share..So my que is that If we file a case for partition in court...how much time it will take to bring justice...n court order to sell the house?

There is no time limit set in such type of cases as the parties will have to prove their part of documents. Usually it takes 1-2 years in such matters to get settled and later on mutated. it can take longer time as well. in case there is no objection with partition then the matter can get resolved in a short span of time

You haven't mention that you many legal heirs of your grandmother,
If your father is alive then you will not get any right in your grandmother property and partition and sale both are different things,
You can claim your share on partition suit if your father is not alive.
No advocate promise you for how much ch time will take in your case.

Your grandmother died intestate. In that case all the successor has equal right over that property respectively their level of generation. So first you need to file a case questioning your right over it. It seems a crystal clear case as you have mentioned above. Proceed hopefully. You would have definitely good bucks in your hands.
