My Grandfather Has A house in Jaipur (Rajasthan) And he wants to gift it to my mother because my father is no more alive. So please tell me the registration charges and gift deed stamp duty in Rajasthan. The Dlc Rate Of My area is 14000/sq. Mtrs. The area of my plot is 230 Sq.mtrs Please tell me the cost of stamp duty Nd Registration charges

If a property is self-acquired of your grand father than stamps duty is equal to sale deed i.e. 5.5% applying to DLC of land and construction over it. If it is ancestral than it can be relinquished simply on Rs 100/- non-judicial stamps paper duly registered.
