What is the share in property when a person have invested money in it
20-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My father is two brothers and we have some family property in which my father spent a good amount of money in purchasing these property whereas my uncle did not pay even a single penny in purchasing these property. I want to know will my father get property equal to my uncle or he will get the property according to amount which he had paid during the purchase of these property?
If the property belong to Hindu Undivide Family's Property, then the property will be devided in equal propotion between your uncle and father. However, if your father prove it that property was bought by his personal means, then he can claim his exclusive right over the property.
