What is the procedure to transfer property from mother to daughter

what is the procedure to transfer a property (flat) from a mother to her daughter? What will be the Cost, the required documents?

If your mother is the sole owner of the property she can do so by writing a WILL which would take effect after her death.
If she wants immediate transfer then she can do so by a gift deed. 
If the other siblings are not co-shares of the property then their consent is not required. Else they can execute deed of gift or relinquishment to release their share.

Listen to this loudly Your mother owns the property and can transfer it through a gift deed. 1. She will have to register in your name a gift deed transferring the title of said apartment.
