What if the owner's property is being used by other people

I am a hindu. The property belongs to me . The open space or plots are used by the neighbour of muslim Community. I have already put a board stating that trespassers are prosecuted, but still the people are not vecating the premises. What kind of legal action is possible? These people are parking their heavy vehicle for repair for weeks one after another.
