What are the rights of a daughter in fathers property

06-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I m Roopali ,daughter of late sh Pramod Kumar Singh and wife of munender Chauhan. My father died on 3rd October 2005 without making his will.but when he was alive, he wanted to distribute the property among his children equally but because of his sudden death, he could not make his will. I got married 19th April, 2008 with maturity of the my father's fixed deposits and maturity L I C policy. After my father'sdeath when I asked my brothers for my mutation in property ,then they gave me assurance that they will do my mutation in property after my marriage now 12years 8 months have passed away but they didn't do my mutation in property.and from the last 8 years ,my brother's behavior is changed.when I try to talk to them, they don't want to talk to me, and if I go to their home, they misbehave with me and my kids. Even they started my mental torture, they abused me and kicked me out of their house and said that they don't want to keep any relationship with me and my husband.

Do you have death certificate of your father then you have to apply family certificate including all family members details. And apply for mutation with affidavits. When they denied then file stay suit or declarative suit in competent court
