We wanted to sell our property one person approached and paid advance and agreed to get it registered in 2months now it's been more than n 3 months. He is not answering phone nor respondingnWhat do we do as a seller do we go legally or wait. What action we can take.

I am right now having to such cases with me. such kind of transactions started happening since last couple of years. I want to know if the price offered by them to your property was higher than other offers and advance speed is less ? most importantly whether the agreement is registered. ?
