We lost in local court. Please help us know where we are wrong ?

26-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
We have a property in mangalore bought by my grandfather. His first wife's children have put a case against us saying that they have a share in it but we have all the documents and the will stating that it belongs to only his second wife's children. Please advice as to how we lost in local court? And what to do

In case if you have lost the case at Mangalore you can challenge the same before the appellate court that is at that is at District Court by filing the Regular Appeal. Or in case if you loose the case at Regular Appeal, you have liberty to challenge the same before the High Court by filing the Regular Fist Appeal.
