Wants rights and shares in property of decreased members

Property is in vasai maharashtra .Property is jointly Name A B n C. A n B are brothers and C is my father. B n C are expired. My mother is also expired.Now I want to shares and rights in this property as a legal heir of decreased members. I also give affidevits of A and others legal heirs ie. Two sisters. With NOC. On stamp pepper of Rs.100. and I also give amenity bond on Rs.200. as per Co-Op.Hsg.Soc. Bylaws.but soc.has not except.so I wants your advice in this matter.to enter my name in soc. Behalf of Decreased members. B was unmarried Pl.help me.
