Want to transfer my apartment to my wife

I have a 1bhk , iam paying the loan on it .Iam and NRI( Cruise Ship Crew).I want to transfer it on my wife's name and later we want to sell it.And use the money received by selling that apartment to purchase a new apartment on my wife's name .
What documents do I need to transfer my property to my wife's name.

You can execute gift deed on wife name and registered it.
For gift deed you have to pay 1% stamp duty on market value of flat after that your wife become absolute owner of that flat and then she can sale that flat
