Want to remove spouse name from Flat ownership

Hi, We bought a flat in pune 5 yrs back. Me and My wife is the co-owner of the property. Now, we are finding some differences and decided to remove my wife's name from the property and to make complete ownership to me. Can i get some idea how to proceed inremoving my wife's name from the deed. We had taken loan from SBI and loan amount is still pending. please let me know the step-by-step procedure so that i can well prepared before i make this changes. I really appreciate your help and quick response.
Does your wife consent to you becoming the sole owner of the property ? I need to have a look at the agreement entered into by you and your wife to give you any further advice on this. Was the loan mentioned in the said agreement ? Let me know if you need a detailed advice on this. Thanks
