Want to do BLRO mutation for the property

Respected Sir, We live in our land for 20 years.But my parents did not register the mutation in BLRO. I am now looking at the matter on urgentbasis and had submitted the papers in BLRO for past 6 months. But the broker still not have any response from BLRO. What should I do?
After the documents have been submitted to the BL&LRO the same should take suitable steps for immediate mutation of the same, however if the same is not done, first get the case number or application number pursuant to your application for mutation, thereafter send a lawyer's letter for early disposal of the same and then immediately go to the LRTT for an order for early disposal of the mutation case by BLLRO, once you get the order of LRTT, the BLLRO shall be bound by such order and shall dispose of your application for mutation within the specified time as fixed by the LRTT.
