Want to cancel the property stay order taken by my step brother

My father sold our house bt our house is not our grandfather property......my step brother whose has put court stay on it......I want to know how we Cancel court stay....I belong to hindu family

You have to file written statement and objections to stay application filed in court and then have to argue in stay application in court and then after hearing both the parties court can decide whether the stay is vacated or not.
