Village people not allowing to transfer patta land in my name

three village elders trying to stop me for transfer of ownership of my patta land with residendial house of 1400sqft appr.(also with father inheritance papers and clans land ownership certificate)to my next neighbour. Can i filed a lawsuit in a district court or high court with the three above evidence papers?And what are the chance of me winning.please help. - /property-legal-advice/is-it-legal-to-buy-patta-land-from-father-any-complications-4461
You can file civil suit as well criminal private and pole exam against the said persons before civil court and magistrate court of your local jurisdiction. You need not to approach directly high court and district court. So far as fate of the said proceeding is concerned it may depend upon the facts and circumstances.
