Upon cancellation of flat,in what ratio wil husband and wife get share

I am thankful for your answer. But my question is due to cancellation of flat of Rs.61 lacs, amount paid by wife is Rs. 37 lacs incl. bank loan and husband paid Rs.35 lacs. On cancellation, what amount will be refunded to each?
It will be divided in the same ratio as the payment made by each individual. The bank loan amount will be paid to the bank and the collateral will be returned to either of the individual to whom it belonged.
