Uncles Trying to Grab house Build By My Father

My father has three brothers, two are younger and one is elder. My father died in 2009. My father build a house in 1987 when only his elder brother and my father were working. Two younger brother were studying at that time. During building of house his elder brother refuse to pay money as he was not interested and he purchased his home in Mumbai in 1992. At that time my father build house with own earned money. But now all brothers are asking for equal share. How made by my grandfather grab by my two uncles. Please advise how I can save my home.
