Trespassing when there is a civil suit filled

My father had a self earned property house which after his demise all the legal heirs (brother sister & myself ) have given a registered release deed favouring my mother latter my mother has given a registered settlement to me now he has filled a suit recently for cancellation now he has trespassed the property in my name and placed a board mentioning the civil suit kindly guide how to proceed
hi sir madam. you didn't told now your mother is alive or not and now wow is filed case, you told trespass for him but before and now wow is possession in the property
