My mother is the second wife of my father at time of meriage with father she has one son with her first husband my buy a house on my mother's name can she transfer the half property to her first husband's son by gift deed without pay stamp duty or she need to pay stamp duty for transfer the property

1. Is it her self acquired property?
2. If not then she is not the whole and sole owner;
3. Your father can file a suit to stop the gift deed;
4. For gift deed stamp duty and registration fees have to be paid;
