Transfer of Rights from sisters to brother in parents properties

My parents co-owned a property, my father dies and my sisters wants to transfer their rights in father property to me and also my mother wants to give me her rights by going through will. Can you explain the procedure so that in future when i want to sell that property i dont get any problem.
