Transfer of property which we are currently staying now.please help us

Dear Sir, my family currently staying in a two BHK flat. This flat on the name of My cousin. This property was belongs to my dad's name before 2008. After that My cousin frodly did this property on his own name. Now I have to transfer this On my dad's name again. So kindly help me for what will the process for the same.

2. Is the agreement registered?
3. Explain the situation of fraud?
4. If it does exist then send a legal notice and/or file an FIR against this person;
