Transfer of house proerty from deceased grandmother to grandchildren

I am residing in a house which is in my deceased grandmother's name. What is the procedure and fees for transferring the property in my & my sister's name provided I submit NOC issued by other legal heirs of my grandmother, i.e. My father and his sisters. Our religion is Hindu.
