Transfer of ancestoral property
22-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
It's regarding a property which is in the name of my grandfather (deceased), and as per his legal Will, I along with two of my uncles are the rightful owners. Just wanted to ask as the house is not yet transferred to us can it be fully transferred to my name only, provided that the other two parties agree with the same.
On the above-mentioned query that if your grand father is passed away then the share of the property legally on the basis of his will. And on your question if grand father mentioned the shares like 1/3,1/4 etc. Then please arrange BAHAMI BATWARA with the consent of your uncle's and other family members. And thereafter file a suit for declaration of your share on the basis of will and the copy of BAHAMI BATWARA . AND after the decree of this case IMMEDIATELY FILE A MUTATION.
