Can I gift my agriculture land in UP to a (OPC) Pvt Limited company registered in Gurgaon? This company is managed by my wife, nature of business is fruits and vegetables. What will be the stamp duty and other charges?
gift can be from one place to another it means one state to another and stamp duties are related with the amount mention registered plots this means thatu can gift the property by way making gift deed
