Transfer granny's property into my name.

My deceased Grandmother ( father's mother) had 1 son ( my father) and 2 daughters and I am the only daughter of my father. My parents are residing in a house which is in name of my Grandmother. My parents and aunts want that the property should be acquired by me only. What shall be the legal procedure to transfer the property into my name?
The value of the property is approximately 30 lacs. May also please guide the tentative expenditure required.
