To get back my property that my owner wife is trying to get from us.

20-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My father had purchased a property 13 years back. And the property owner died 5 months back. But we have not taken the signature of the family members while purchasing. So they are willing to demolish our property. What can I do now. We have paid the taxes from past 12 years.

Family members signatures are not mandatory unless they have a right of ownership on the property. Would suggest that you file a suit for injunction to restrain the family members from interfering with the possession of your property. You can establish your case by providing the sale deed, khata and property tax receipts as proof.
