Title Deed has correct Boundaries subsequent sale deed has small issue

The Western Boundary of sale deed mentioned as 20B but same is mentioned as Site No 20 in three subsequent sale deed transactions. Can you please suggest what I have to do. I'm purchasing this property.
There has to be a rectified deed done from your vendor's vendor in favour of your vendor so that his sale deed is corrected. After that you can consider to get the sale transaction completed. If you need any assistance in getting the rectification deed, you can feel free to contact me.
