Time period for succession certificate.
03-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
How much time does a succession certificate take? My advice lawyer told me that it normally takes 8 months. How much time does it actually takes?
This is my response to you:
1. It does take around that much time;
2. But you can ask the court for speedier orders;
3. That will depend on your lawyer and if there are no objections etc.;
4. You must consult a local lawyer and collect all information related to your case.
