Actually I had bought a ownership flat in 1987 on name of my brother by paying 1 lac rupees in cheque from my a/c so now can I claim back my flat or interest on the money paid after 33years... I had made part payments from 1987 to 1995 till I got the possession of the flat. Earlier my brother had promised to give the flat to me but now due to some family disputes he backed off his words... Please help me about it..
