Succession rights of a widow after remarriage

My name is shweta and I have 6 year old son. My husband has 5 lakhs in his account and nominee is my mother-in-law. My mother in law died in 2010 and my husband died in 2016.after his death I claim success case for his money. In mean time I got remarried and my father in law says I have no right on my first husband money after remarriage. In case I have claimed money me or my son . After remarriage I have a right for money or not
