Succession Certificate

We are 5 siblings. Our father died without making a will. After the death of our father one of my brother had applied for succession certificate which we had no idea about. He had mentioned the names of all the 5 siblings and our mother while applying. We were not called for any of the process. But now on checking we got to know that succession certificate holds only the name of our mother. So can we add our names to it if not what are the other options
This is my response to you:
1. Send him a legal notice first;
2. You can also approach the court file for fresh petition for obtaining succession certificate;
3. Also file a complaint to the police for fraud;
4. Suppressing information from court is also fraud and contempt proceedings can be initiated;
5. Consult a local lawyer and begin the process.
