In a case, Were the wife leaves the husband without giving divorce. The husband here gets married to another women while the first wife is still alive. Now the first wife has a daughter who is deceased and the second wife has 2 Sons and 1 daughter. Later the husband also dies. Now how will be the succession take place were both the widows are alive? [Everyone in this case is a Hindu]
If the property is a Ancestral and Joint family property all the children have right equally on the property irrespecitve of children of first or second wife.
Wife can get share if the property is self acquired of the husband. Here all the children and wife get share in the property proportionally.

both the widows will take one share, sons will take one share each and if there is any son, daughter or husband of the pre deceased daughter then they will get the share of the pre deceased daughter. the widows will divide between them only one share.
