My father had made youngest son as nominee in his accounts and he along with elder one is not dividing the entire money. They both have decided to keep the entire amount and are forcing me to vacate the ancestral home on which we three are currently living together. It's been 2 years since father has left us and both of my brothers without informing anyone have claimed all the amount except one account which they are still not claiming in the bank.

After death of account holder, nominee of the account holder has right to claim on the money in the account.. Has your father left any will? And what is your query?.. Why your brother wants you to left from the ancestral house, you also have equal right in the house.. You can file a partition suit in the court..
