Stepbrother sold his land other party doing construction work on land

My land property case going on in civil court from 2015.opponent party doing shed type construction work in those land without stay order,as per my knowledge. They purchase the property mixing with my younger step brother he took in confidence and complete the task. As my dad got brain stork in early 2014.He is absent on all court date till now. He has sign up in witness on those papers. Kindly give me legal advice on this matter.
